Do you manufacture krill oil? Isn't it better than fish oil?

Pharma Nord do not manufacture krill oil.  We feel that the science and evidence of sustainability is not fully proven.  It is also poorer value for money and lower in EPA/DHA content.

Do I have to create an account to shop?

Yes you do, it is simple to create account with MultiVits and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

How can I pay?

MultiVits uses SagePay to process transactions, you can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order.

Secure online shopping with Sage Pay

If you are paying with your credit card from overseas, you will be charged the price in UK sterling, and your credit card merchant will convert this into your local currency.

How can I use my discount/promo code?

Your discount/promo code has to be entered in the box which states ‘Enter discount code’ within the 'Basket' or ‘Order Summary’ section.

Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Apply’. 

Your order will then be updated with the relevant discount or promotion.

Discount Terms & Conditions:

  • Only one discount/promo code can be used per order.
  • Non-Pharma Nord products and special offer products are excluded from all discount and promotion codes.
  • A discount code can't be used after an order has been placed.

My discount code won't work?

Sometimes discount codes are applied to your MultiVits account. Please make sure you are logged in to your MultiVits account for your discount code to work.

Product is out of stock, will you be getting more?

Yes, we will be getting more stock of the product that is shown out of stock on the website.We cannot be more specific than what is said on the product page. Sometimes an item will become unavailable after you have placed your order. We will inform you by email if an item becomes unavailable.

Discontinued Product
If an item has been discontinued we will take the product off the website when we have ran out of stock.

We are always looking at improving your shopping experience so if this changes, we’ll let you know.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Amend Order
We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.

Can I complete my order by phone?

Yes, please call us on  0044 (0)1670 534900 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding bank and public holidays) for help with completing your order.

My order has not arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived, we're here to help.

We will endeavour to deliver the following day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK and at least 20 business days for any addresses outside the UK. International deliveries are often received before 20 working days, but our postal service cannot gurantee this.

Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

  • Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
  • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Checking if you have a email from us or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

Please contact us on on 0044 (0) 1670 534900 or email us using the contact us form and quote your order number. If your order cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

How to return a product?

Returns & Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive INCORRECT or FAULTY items, PLEASE CONTACT US. You can return your goods to us in their original condition and we will issue a full refund, including original delivery cost (where applicable), or issue a replacement.

We will be happy to provide a FREEPOST address for you to use when returning FAULTY goods or INCORRECT goods sent as a result of OUR ERROR. Please contact us about this.

Should you wish to return UNWANTED goods, please inform us that you wish to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt. We can arrange a refund or replacement. Please note that we will be unable to refund your return postage costs.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from MultiVits (this website).

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
