How do I find a product I am looking for?

You can browse via category or use our search box and browse by product name or keyword. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand.

How do I place an order?


  • Search our online shop until you find a product you would like to buy.
  • Add the product to your basket by selecting one of its options from the list displayed and clicking 'Add to Basket'.
  • Click 'Continue Shopping' if you would like to keep browsing around our online shop.
  • View your basket at any time by placing your mouse over 'My Basket'.

Finished Shopping

  • Click 'My Basket' and your basket will be displayed with a summary of your products and any special offers available.
  • Enter any applicable discount code in the space provided, click 'Apply'. Your basket will then be updated to show the relevant discount off and your new total.
  • Click 'Checkout'.

Account Login

  • New customer to MultiVits, click 'Create Account' and fill in your details.
  • Returning customer, enter your email address and password and click 'Login'.

Delivery & Billing Info

  • Enter your delivery address in the required fields.
  • If your billing address is the same tick 'Same as delivery address' under 'Billing Address'. If your billing address is different please fill out the fields required. NOTE: Billing Address is where the card you are using to pay for your order is registered to.
  • Click 'Continue'.

Order Summary & Payment

  • Review your order.
  • Check your delivery and billing address are correct.
  • Card Payment: Select the correct 'Card Type' by the drop down menu. Enter your card details in the space provided. Click ' Confirm Order'.
  • Paypal: Select PayPal from the 'Card Type' drop down menu. Click ' Proceed to PayPal'.

Order Confirmation

  • Save next time your order by recommending a friend to MultiVits. Enter your friends email address in the required field and click 'Submit'.
  • Check you have received an order confirmation email from MultiVits.

Product is out of stock, will you be getting more?

Yes, we will be getting more stock of the product that is shown out of stock on the website.We cannot be more specific than what is said on the product page. Sometimes an item will become unavailable after you have placed your order. We will inform you by email if an item becomes unavailable.

Discontinued Product
If an item has been discontinued we will take the product off the website when we have ran out of stock.

We are always looking at improving your shopping experience so if this changes, we’ll let you know.

How can I use my discount/promo code?

Your discount/promo code has to be entered in the box which states ‘Enter discount code’ within the 'Basket' or ‘Order Summary’ section.

Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Apply’.

Your order will then be updated with the relevant discount or promotion.

Discount Terms & Conditions:

  • Only one discount/promo code can be used per order.
  • Non-Pharma Nord products are excluded from all discount and promotion codes.
  • A discount code can't be used after an order has been placed.
  • All discounts are subject to revision or withdrawal at the discretion of MultiVits Ltd.

My discount code isn't working?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues using your code. We wouldn't want you to miss out - so here are some steps that might help.

  • Are you clicking 'Apply' once you have entered the code? Just click the 'Apply' button once you have entered your discount code and the discount should be taken from your order total.
  • Have you entered the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces? You need to enter your code exactly as it appears where you saw it. Once you've entered it click the 'Apply' button and the discount will be taken from your order total.
  • Has your code expired? If your code has now expired you won't be able to use it on this occasion. Sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
  • Are you trying to use more than one code on this order? You can only use one code per order as stated in our Terms and Conditions. MultiVits will overwrite a discount code if the new one saves you more money. 
  • Is at least one of the items in your order applicable for your code? Some codes have some exclusions such as Non-Pharma Nord products or books. There may also be a minimum or maximum spend.

Recommend A Friend Discount Codes

  • Have you received the code from a friend? We send each code out to specific people, if you weren't sent this code directly from MultiVits then unfortunately it will not work for you.
  • Is your friend in a different household? Oops, the discount code won't work by a member of the same household.

Discount Codes Applied Automatically

  • Have you applied the correct number of products? You will need to add the correct quantity that the offer applies to in your basket. For example, Buy 2 Get 1 Free you will need to add a quantity of 3 for the offer to be applied. 

Special Discounts

  • Are you logged into your MultiVits account? You will need to log into your MultiVits account for the discount to be applied automatically in basket.

How can I pay?

MultiVits uses SagePay to process transactions, you can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order.

MultiVits also accepts payment via Paypal.

Card Types

Secure online shopping with Sage Pay

If you are paying with your credit card from overseas, you will be charged the price in UK sterling, and your credit card merchant will convert this into your local currency.

How do I use my credit note?

Your credit note can be found in order summary and payment information. All you have to do is click 'Redeem this credit'. Your order summary will then be updated with the credit note deducted off and you will be able to see your new order total.

Credit notes can be applied to any order.

Can't find how to pay via PayPal?

PayPal is located in the 'Card Type' drop down menu in the payment section. You need to select PayPal and then click 'Continue to PayPal'. You will then be redirected to Paypal to complete your order.

When will I be charged?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

Payment declined?

Check over the card details once you have inputted them to make sure the information is correct, e.g. card type, expiry date and billing address (cardholder). Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.

Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.

If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact us via email at with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Please note all shipments to US and the rest of the World may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Amend Order
We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.

Cancel Order

I can't sign into my account?

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised.

Forgotten Password

Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with. If you can't remember your password click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, click 'Submit' and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

How do I change my details?

You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account’ which is in the top right hand corner of the page’. Once you’re logged in you can change your:

  • Password
  • Email Address
  • Billing Address
  • Delivery Address

Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you’ve already placed.

It's worth checking your account every once in a while just to make sure we have the right details for you.
